Worst customer service. I’ve had them at my house twice now to do an assessment and give me a quote. The first time he told me he would have to consult with another company because the problem we’re having is a little different than what they’re used to I guess. I understood that. He came back out almost a month later and said he needed to take some pictures and he’d call me with a price to fix everything in a week. The exterminator told us we needed a 6 month contract but only sprayed 3 times. He made 2 appointments and I made plans to wait on him and be here then take my son out of the house while it dried and both times he didn’t show up or call or call to reschedule...It’s been a joke!
Exterminator missed our appointments 2 months in a roll, said they wasn’t allowed in the house. We own the house! We waited those 2 months on the appointment day for him to show up and nothing! I think someone just didn’t wanna do their job so we took our business else where!
