Whole...FLAT roof “make-over!!! Alvarado was terrific. Had been through estimating process with four others, one very troublesome false start... Alvarado came HIGHLY recommended from a friend...from start to finish, professional, HELPFUL, straightforward and amazing. They helped with decisions, colors, excellent pricing and incredible service. They did what they said they would , when they said they would do it....super clean job site at all times.
RecommendedWe had a good experience with Alvarado Roofing, Inc. I had heard many great things about them. They communicated very well, and answered all of my questions. I did have a few holes in my ceiling from the roof nails, but they came out immediately and patched them up.
We are so pleased with David and the entire Alvarado team. They re-did our flat roof with a tapered TPO roof in Dec 2017. On time, professional in every way, explained what needed to be done, cleaned up and you would never know they were there. Great warranty on material and labor. Price was competitive. Included stucco and contracting with an HVAC company as well. We highly recommend them.
Alvarado Roofing replaced our roof in March and the job was done quickly. The employees were professional and courteous and there was not one piece of debris left behind for us to clean! Great job!
RecommendedI used this company 15 years ago for tar and gravel roof. Had no leaks. When it was time to redo I went with TPO and they did a fantastic job! The customer service was awesome from start to finish. The crew did a great job. I am very pleased!
They replaced my roof about 11 years ago. I have had numerous leaks after they replaced my roof and part of my front porch actually collapsed! They came out and did a pathetic, lazy repair on that leak. Now I have shingles flying off my roof with every wind storm. I have neighbors and their roofs are 20 to 30 years old who haven’t lost single shingle! What a ridiculous review. I have the file here and all the correspondence with this customer since we installed the roof on 8/2/2011, 13 years ago. After completing the reroof in 2011, we sent a letter to the homeowner in 2014 noting that we haven’t heard from them and that we recommended having us out to do some maintenance on the roof. We did not hear anything from the owner until 5/19/21 when a leak developed in the front porch.
