This place is just a money grab . They don't do anything to help patients to recover and stay clean . Just take your money and make you live in rooms that are depressing just to look at , let alone have to share with someone who may be violent . My daughter struggled with addiction for years . She was In and out of this place . I hated that she had to go there to try to get help . But it is actually one of the better treatment facilities that we could afford . But that's not saying much . Can't get them to call in your medications when you need them their excuse is you missed an appointment so the doctor won't send in the meds you can't help that when you do call them and cancel that appointment because a family emergency
The lady there is rude as hell needle on customer service. Y'all have shity attitudes around here for no reason people come to you for help not for you to have an attitude while you're trying to help them and don't even help nobody wouldn't recommend
I love the building & all the staff is great, Joshua Harris is very caring and helps me a lot.
Always busy can never get right thru on the phone since they added drug recovery services! Very frustrating
