This place is just a money grab . They don't do anything to help patients to recover and stay clean . Just take your money and make you live in rooms that are depressing just to look at , let alone have to share with someone who may be violent . My daughter struggled with addiction for years . She was In and out of this place . I hated that she had to go there to try to get help . But it is actually one of the better treatment facilities that we could afford . But that's not saying much . The lady there is rude as hell needle on customer service. Y'all have shity attitudes around here for no reason people come to you for help not for you to have an attitude while you're trying to help them and don't even help nobody wouldn't recommend
I love the building & all the staff is great, Joshua Harris is very caring and helps me a lot.
i’ve been coming here for years and i absolutely love my psychiatrist however it never seems to fail that when i call to make or reschedule an appointment or even come into the office to check in that the receptionist is always rude/ condescending. i normally wouldn’t have a problem with this but while sitting in the waiting area i’ve seen them also being rude to others not just myself. i can definitely understand that this can’t be an easy job when there are a wide variety of people coming in with different attitudes but ov... read more
I was assigned to a case worker named Alison today extremely rude I even told her multi times that I had fasd . She was talking about why my mom has to come with me and asked me why I don't want to do the walk n therpy .I'm so done with this company. They don't care what you or going through at all. All because I don't want to take meds I don't have to. I tried the side effects are really bad and I'm doing better with out my meds. So since they won't help I'll just find someone who can.
