The scheduler was rude and unprofessional. They told me their technician would arrive between 10 and 12. We both work full time and are not usually at home. The technician arrived at 8, TWO HOURS EARLY. The scheduler tried to get a hold of us and acted annoyed that she was unable to, despite the huge time discrepancy on their end. We provided access into our garage for the technician without our being there. There was one car parked in a two car garage. Plenty of room for him to fix it. Parts of my garage door came unraveled , when i had come home after dinner , i called after hours and was on the docket for the next morning . Matt came in the morning first thing and did an amazing job . He was very professional and courteous and easy to engage with I would definitely use Williams store company again in the future . The technician arrived as promised and was ready to diagnose the problem. Made informative decisions and had supplies on hand. Repaired the door and was on his way. All in 30 minutes. He made suggestions on a way to better maintain the hardware and was very honest on problems to avoid. So all in all, great service.

Great service experience for replacement of a 22 year old garage door opener and wireless keypad. Quick on-site scheduling. All waste removed, including the old opener and track. Service technician Steven was exceptional - courteous, knowledgeable, professional.
