The scheduler was rude and unprofessional. They told me their technician would arrive between 10 and 12. We both work full time and are not usually at home. The technician arrived at 8, TWO HOURS EARLY. The scheduler tried to get a hold of us and acted annoyed that she was unable to, despite the huge time discrepancy on their end. We provided access into our garage for the technician without our being there. There was one car parked in a two car garage. Plenty of room for him to fix it. The scheduler was rude and unprofessional. Very outdated company, don't take over the phone pay need 1/2 the cost of the door upfront witch is fine but the second payment you need to bring to the job site and wait till they are done so you can pay. I mailed my check to them the scheduling lady was going to reach out through the phone and strangle me. Parts of my garage door came unraveled , when i had come home after dinner , i called after hours and was on the docket for the next morning . Matt came in the morning first thing and did an amazing job . He was very professional and courteous and easy to engage with I would definitely use Williams store company again in the future . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be cussed out for no reason. I have NEVER in my life been talked down on and degraded by one person. This company is completely unprofessional and rude beyond measure. I feel HIGHLY insulted by the way the guy treated me over the phone.
