Pulled up from job, went to the door, hand on the door, lady locked it looking right in my face....with a smile. I had not checked the time OMG, it was 5pm! They lock the door right in a PAST customers face. I had previously been fairly happy with most services, even though not all staff is knowledgeable or knows how to look it up on the computer. Now, I'm half way between there and Big Rapids, guess where I'll be heading.
The sign outside the door says they open at 8:00 on Saturdays but I guess this Saturday they didn't Even though the girl behind a register was just leaning on the counter

I have used white creek in the past for purchases and have not had any issues, but sorry to say that I will not use them again and won’t recommend anyone to use them. Called in an order for a product and had girlfriend pick it up and bring it to me at the job I was at. White creek wrote up the order correctly and pulled the wrong product that I have no use for. Was supposed to receive 7/8” and they sent 1 1/4”. It’s only $16 worth of drip cap but they refuse to do anything for a credit unless I bring it back. This should not... read more
