Dr Covington is the very Best! I had 2 teeth extracted. I was out in 45 minutes. Staff went over everything I needed to do and not do for healing. Very friendly staff & I am so grateful for the care I received. I am glad I went to here! Omgoodness, what a wonderful experience!
My husband was in a great deal of pain over the weekend prior to New Year's. Turned out he developed an infection and needed two teeth pulled. The care and immediate response shown by Dr. Covington and her staff was exceptional. They were able to work it so that he could be seen right before the New Year holiday. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wouldn't recommend in the SLIGHTEST, unless looking to experience an extreme lack of professionalism and an abundant amount of disrespect. My daughter had an absolutely horrific experience with specifically the administrative staff, but also with this cash-grab operation as a whole. They wanted to book her a month out for wisdom teeth extraction as she's in writhing pain. Upon entering you get a calming effect with the music and the beautiful decor in the waiting area. The front desk ladies greeted you with a,smile. I definitely recommend Dr.Convington for any oral surgeries. The process extracting a tooth was painless. She put you at ease and explained what to expect. All the nurse's and front desk staff were wonderful and caring. If you need any oral mouth work done I recommend Waccamaw Oral Surgery.
