Was on vacation with an emergency that kept me up all night. They normally don’t take walk ins but because of an old website I found that wasn’t taken down, they honored it….And I’m so thankful they did! Back molar broke during extraction and the doctor knew exactly what to do to get it out! and I would have definitely been in trouble if I had went to a normal dentist. I was fairly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, however I would 100% recommend this office and doctor. Dr. Covington was compassionate and knowledgeable and all of the medical staff were friendly and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered appropriately. Brought my daughter to have her wisdom teeth out and was told even if I sat outside the whole time with my 3 year old I still couldn’t just bring him in being held while given post op instructions because “children aren’t allowed in an outpatient surgery center” yet a few dogs in there apparently is ok 🙄 lady at desk was sympathetic but other lady with nose ring was rude! “What is she going to do leave her kid in car while she gets the instructions?
