I never want to be that person, but I had a terrible experience here. Not only was I told that I’m not able to receive anesthesia for my first ever surgery, which was my wisdom teeth extraction, but I also was treated horribly during the procedure. One of my tooth couldn’t be removed because of an artery being hit even though I had a new x-ray moments before the procedure so it should’ve been seen instead of me, dealing with nerve damage currently even though it’s been almost a month since my surgery. I contacted Dr. Covington’s office after it was determined I needed a tooth extraction. They didn’t require a referral, which quickly expedited an appointment. The staff worked quick & efficiently from check in, X-ray, to explaining the procedure. It was a great experience. After numbing, and removal Dr. Covington explained my follow up options, and what her office could provide and how long I should let my tooth socket heal. When you walk in the vibe is calming. Receptionist are welcoming. I have dental anxiety, but they made me feel comfortable, the nitro helped with anxiety and the procedure of tooth extraction went well. The doctor made me feel calm and relaxed before and after the procedure. I highly recommend them.
This practice is excellent. Everyone was professional, courteous, attentive, and skilled in what they do. I had an extraction and it went very well. They would be my first choice to go to for any dental surgery. They were able to see me quickly and get it done. I was impressed that they contacted me later in the day to check on me. I would highly recommend! Thank you!!
Went in today for a consultation on multiple teeth being extracted and was completely ready to be anxious. However, I wasn't. From the time I walked in and until I left, I felt at ease. Surgery date is scheduled with no nonsense and everything laid out.
