September 3rd was my first visit to Uptown Urgent and I can assure you, it will not be my last. I was very sick when I went in. Tested positive for Covid and had a severe UTI. I brought back to a room quickly and tested. Within 10 minutes the doctor came in and was very sympathetic to how sick I was. She’s spraying into action and gave me two shots along with prescriptions and ordered bedrest. I didn’t have an appointment but I was in and out of the office within 30 to 35 minutes total. Uptown Urgent Care is the best! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like family, not just another patient. Every step of the visit was handled with kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciated how they took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing quick, compassionate care. They went above and beyond!

I was there on Monday and had a short wait. Every one was very helpful and friendly. The Doctor was very caring and listetend as l shared why l was there. They even give B-12. shots. I hope l will not have to visit them in the future but if l have to l will !!!

My wife told me to come here cause they treat her well. And she is right. The staff are the most professional in this area. Thanks for being thorough and friendly. Highly recommended.
