I lost weight with the program but got off track a year later. They welcomed me back with open arms and helped me set new goals for my health. Becky is wonderful to work with...she has your best interest at heart.
I cannot recommend Three Points enough. I was very skeptical before my first visit but after meeting everyone, I knew I was in the right hands. Becky has the best personality, listens to what you want to achieve and makes a plan tailored to you. The entire staff is non-judgmental, willing to help you get to where you want to be. I lost 30 pounds and so many inches working with them. Give them a try!
I'm very pleased with my results. I've always worked out but my eating habits needed tweaking. The breakdown of the results is extremely helpful. I was considering liposuction. This was a much better choice for me being an active person! I'm 3 lbs from my goal weight and more aware of what I'm eating and maintaining this healthy lifestyle. Definitely recommend this!
