Y’all. When I say Annie at The Ritz Academy did what needed to be DONE today! Now listen she always does what she needs to do because I’m in there every Friday getting it done! Juliana took her time and listened to what I wanted. She gave me a wonderful scalp massage and then washed my hair. It was so relaxing. Then she put a warm towel on my head. I felt royally treated. The cut was perfect not too short. The style was just what I asked for. Speed will come in time with practice.
Jordan was great! The shampoo part was awesome and I want to go back just for that. She cut and styled my hair, just like I wanted. So happy with the cut and layers. She is a master with that round brush. My hair had volume till I washed it again. Wonderful experience!
