Always friendly and very helpful! Along with learning I’m getting opportunity to serve other people, which is my favorite! I love giving facials to our guests and watch their reactions after treatment, especially when people rebooking over and over with me🤩 Never boring, a lot of experience, new friends, field trips and service discounts and many many more 🤩🫶

I went to the Ritz Academy for a hair cut appointment. I chose the school because it costs less than a typical salon. I was refused service because I had my service pet with me. It is difficult enough to be disabled, but when you are discriminated against, because of it, is really upsetting. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division. The director of the school was also very rude.

Katelyn gave me an amazing facial! She was polite, professional and very attentive! It was a very relaxing experience and one that I would recommend to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and not break the bank.

As a student the teachers are very helpful and patient with helping us! We review and practice services on classmates to become confident and comfortable about giving services to the public!
