Wow, I was worried about the price for the service, but I must say…you get what you pay for. Amy and Nick were verrry professional, personable and knowledgeable. Very tidy and clean. Very proficient and efficient. From laying their own door mat down, to making me apart of the chimney viewing process with their camera, giving me updates the entire way through, and lastly, Amy had given my daughter a little Christmas present. Don't waste your money!! Technician arrived with the intent of selling me a new fireplace insert. Do they get a bonus for up-selling? When I received the written report, it stated a couple of things did not work. I tested them, and they work fine. I replied this info to the Technician and received no response.
We had Amy come to inspect our Mom's fireplace and chimney, what an outstanding knowledgeable and professional technician she is. She also did some service work on the chimney. I highly, highly recommend The Chimney Guys to everyone and anyone who has questions or needs inspection, repairs or a new Fireplace, chimneys, venting any need, they can help you out.
Amy (and Seth) did an excellent job of explaining the entire fireplace process, not to mention the cleaning, inspection and cleanliness—outstanding!! I’ve had wood burning fireplaces for 25+ years and I’ll recommend this company to whoever dares to argue with me. Great job guys—see you in two years!
