So happy I found them! Great communication, kept me up to date until the appointment. Arrived and got to work! My wood stove was really dirty and stopped working, now it’s clean and ready for winter !!!

Luke was so helpful in the process of having to get a new gas insert for the fireplace. He ran into a little problem but was able to fix it the same day. I love my new one and it works like a charm!

The technician and her partner were here on time-actually a bit early which worked well for us. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our fireplace was thoroughly inspected and cleaned. We were very happy with the job and will continue to use the services of The Chimney Guy.

Amy and Liam did a fantastic job cleaning my two fireplaces, showing up on time being very informative on each step they were doing and giving advice on how to better change my wood burning one to electric. Looking forward to that change happening soon. Great job. And Thank You.

Called and left a voice message on Monday the 8th inquiring about a chimney inspection and cleaning. Their message indicated it would take approximately two business days for a call back. I never received a call so I called back on Friday the 12th and left another message. Today is now Wednesday the 17th and they have not once called. Really unfortunate as I am a new customer who wanted your services but will be looking elsewhere now.
