They have excellent educational advocate staff who really care about their clients education and well being. They also help provide other resources and help clients family with their understanding of their educational rights. Thank you Susan Kluze of the Arc of Bethlehem, Pa. Feel constantly ignored, they never check in on Tori (person receiving support services) to make sure she's getting the most that she can through their services and what her waiver allows for so she receives the best comfort of living obtainable. Also don't like how they pay people bi-weekly, as well as if you have any trouble understanding the way things are done they don't normally explain how or why, whether it deals with payroll or anything else they mainly just spit disciplinary actions at you hoping that you'll pick u... read more

Excellent company that assists people with physical and intellectual disabilities with teaching and working with individuals in the community!
