Communication is always good and timely. We know our Range Rover is going to be diagnosed and repaired properly. Chris and his team have earned our trust and we highly recommend them.
Had brake pads installed previously on my 525i. After couple months starting hearing a clicking and jingling coming from rear took it in to be inspected and the findings were both the innerpads were on one side and the outer pads were both on drivers side. Needless to say destroyed my brakes and rotors. They put 2 new rotors and brake shoes on now my car sounds nice and quiet.
Derek and Sam are so helpful and knowledgeable. Stuggart’s will be servicing my vehicles as long as I have one. They know what they’re doing and appreciate their customers.
Called with a battery issue that caused me to have to get a jump the day before. Stuttgart got me in the next day and did the battery replacement and reprogramming/resetting of the car's Battery Management System. Sucks that I couldn't do it myself, but that's what having a German car is all about, I guess
Very good service and they always get my Jaguar XF together
