I don't really trust any other independent European auto shop in town besides Stuttgart. I have owned multiple Mercedes Benz vehicles over the years and have always brought them to Stuttgart to receive service, annual inspections, etc. They have always maintained my cars perfectly. They are very meticulous about providing proper maintenance, and are always honest with their pricing. I would rather have them work on my car any day over a dealer. Experienced and professional repair shop for Jaguar! When I faced the need for a timing chain replacement, I received a detailed estimate the next day including a thorough list of parts that could potentially break during tear-down. The owner arranged a time with me to negotiate the details of the repair, and the shop staff was very easy to communicate with. Huge shoutout to Dylan at the front desk! I mentioned I was moving out to Texas on Friday and really needed my front and rear diff fluid changed before the long drive. Even though it was literally his first day working the phones, he handled it like a pro, he called me right back the moment a Thursday appointment canceled and squeezed me in. Once I got there, the mechanics were super efficient and got my BMW X7 taken care of in less than an hour. Top-tier customer service all around!

We recently had our Mercedes E350 in due to electrical issues and Stuttgart was great to work with. They gave us a rough estimate on the phone, but the actual cost turned out to be much lower. They were friendly, courteous, and prompt; we will definitely use them again.

Called with a battery issue that caused me to have to get a jump the day before. Stuttgart got me in the next day and did the battery replacement and reprogramming/resetting of the car's Battery Management System. Sucks that I couldn't do it myself, but that's what having a German car is all about, I guess I recently went back for an oil change. It was completed quickly and I didn't get told "you really need this" or "you really need that". They had some observations, but there was no pressure. I'll likely have a few ... read more
