The staff at StructuredWNY was great. Professional, kind, courteous and definitely knows their stuff! Not only did they do our office renovations, but also a whole new build out for our training facility. Data cables, fire and smoke all installed, organized and with efficiency. Their ongoing monitoring service is impeccable. They maybe of Western New York, but they work all over the northeast including Syracuse. We were lucky to have found them.
Structured manages automated security for both buildings on our aquarium campus. Andrew, John, and team have been incredible to work with, understand the constraints that come with operating a non-profit, and are thoughtful in pacing out upgrades to meet our needs over a multi-year relationship. We're thankful to have them as a partner and appreciate the level of detail and responsiveness in their work.
Our company is one of the largest land owners in Buffalo NY. A few years ago our ICT vendor had issues and messed up a few orders. In a pinch we reached out to Structured and they bailed us out.
