Henry is AWESOME! He has great customer service skills. Mark is awesome as well. I hope management is aware of the enthusiastic employees at this location. This is the best Ace hardware i have done busniness with. :)
I came for the first time to buy some paint and it took three people to figure out the machine And they took over an hour to just get me 1 gallon of paint. I came again today the guy that was helping me with New so he also did not know how to mix the paint. The only season guy here got the wrong code for the paint I needed a beige color and the paint was mixing turquoise and I asked him if he can try again and he told me no that I would have to come back. The man working the store today was beyond helpful and kind. He took the time to answer all our questions and didn’t try to upsell us on products. He genuinely wanted us to find things that worked for our problems. I will go out of my way to come back here.
