Tbh it’s not the same since it changed hands. It was definitely better under Stone’s. It had that small-town hardware store feel, and now it doesn’t seem as friendly when I walk in. Still beats Home Depot or Lowe’s, but it’s definitely stepped down in customer service.

This store and specifically Haley Banfield always go out of their way to provide great and I mean extraordinary customer service. Haley always has a warm smile when she greets me. She is the absolute best!.

Henry is AWESOME! He has great customer service skills. Mark is awesome as well. I hope management is aware of the enthusiastic employees at this location. This is the best Ace hardware i have done busniness with. :)
