The man working the store today was beyond helpful and kind. He took the time to answer all our questions and didn’t try to upsell us on products. He genuinely wanted us to find things that worked for our problems. I will go out of my way to come back here.
It's great to have them in my neighborhood shopping center. I always go there first when I need home improvement materials and I usually find what I need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And it's such a nice surprise when they have live music!
Had a great experience! I called to ask if a certain product was in stock and didn’t expect to get much help over the phone. But Michael the owner helped me find the exact product I needed; he even went above and beyond to figure out a way to get me the quantity I needed in a timely manner. Super helpful and kind, he really runs a great business and has excellent customer service! Absolutely made my day :)
