We did an in person tour today with Mr. Nick Araos. Our tour was perfect, Nick was a fantastic guide and answered any questions we had. He did a great job of making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The complex is brand new and very nice! The apartments are great, the square footage for the cost is hard to beat! An absolutely phenomenal place to live. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and seems to be very on top of things. They have what seems to be a resort style pool, it's very spacious and has lots of seating areas! The gym here has all the essentials, is very clean, and a great place to get a workout in. The apartments themselves are great, they didn't seem to cheap out on the fixtures like other apartments in the area... Soft close cabinets are a plus and is has a very open layout which I like. I’ve had a great experience living in the 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Solstice Apartments. The floor plan is spacious and well designed, giving everyone plenty of room while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has modern finishes, ample cabinet space, and a large island that’s perfect for cooking and entertaining. Beautiful property and apartment homes! Nick, the community manager, and Allex, the leasing agent, have been such a pleasure to work with - both friendly and professional! Also, that leasing office is stunning! A great representation of the rest of the community. Would recommend others to lease here.
My roommates and I just moved into the Solstice Apartments last week, and we are very pleased with our apartment itself and the complex as a whole. The property is clean and well-lit, and there is plenty of parking everywhere. Our apartment is incredible, and is very spacious. Love the the new appliances too!
