We did an in person tour today with Mr. Nick Araos. Our tour was perfect, Nick was a fantastic guide and answered any questions we had. He did a great job of making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The complex is brand new and very nice! The apartments are great, the square footage for the cost is hard to beat! I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. From the moment I applied, they were very supportive and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Beautiful property and apartment homes! Nick, the community manager, and Allex, the leasing agent, have been such a pleasure to work with - both friendly and professional! Also, that leasing office is stunning! A great representation of the rest of the community. Would recommend others to lease here.
My roommates and I just moved into the Solstice Apartments last week, and we are very pleased with our apartment itself and the complex as a whole. The property is clean and well-lit, and there is plenty of parking everywhere. Our apartment is incredible, and is very spacious. Love the the new appliances too!
