My garage door was literally falling apart after many years and I thought I couldn't afford the replacement. I had an estimate from another company and that confirmed it. However when Derrick with Service Plus came out he gave me a much better estimate and also educated me about why it might be a good idea to get an insulated door (not that much more expensive). I called Service Plus Garage Doors for a service call in the morning and they came out the same day. Luke was the technician that arrived. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He looked over my garage door and indicated what should be repaired and gave me a price quote immediately for repairs and he even gave me quotes on other equipment and parts should I decide to replace them down the road.
