The woman in the office I spoke to was very nice and was able to send someone out to my house to look at my garage door within a few hours, which was great since my car was trapped in the garage! My Technician Chase was very polite and helpful, recommending additional parts that should be repaired or replaced due to age but, understanding our budget, he explained the urgency of each so we could choose what to move forward with. After looking everywhere for a garage door, I realized that I drive by a garage door dealer everyday, I'm so glad I stopped there and talked to Rodney. I told him the sizes of the doors I needed & he gave me a quote, then I asked him how much to install the doors & he said that was with installation, I was shocked! Just got my springs and opener replaced. Service Plus Garage Doors were great. They worked me into their schedule before the holiday and even called and came over early to get the work done. Derrick Jones was prompt, polite, and efficient getting all the work done. Then he took time to educate me on how to use the new opener and programmed one of our cars to be able to open the door. They replace my garage door 10 years ago and are still around to continue providing excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer.
