I called Service Plus Garage Doors for a service call in the morning and they came out the same day. Luke was the technician that arrived. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He looked over my garage door and indicated what should be repaired and gave me a price quote immediately for repairs and he even gave me quotes on other equipment and parts should I decide to replace them down the road. The woman in the office I spoke to was very nice and was able to send someone out to my house to look at my garage door within a few hours, which was great since my car was trapped in the garage! My Technician Chase was very polite and helpful, recommending additional parts that should be repaired or replaced due to age but, understanding our budget, he explained the urgency of each so we could choose what to move forward with.
