This was my first time having to get an HVAC system installed, and in my first home. It was installed Dec.-Jan. 2023-24; I selected the "Ultimate Comfort" (top of the line) system for $20K (two zones) and I requested rigid ducts throughout. I had to get financing through Wells Fargo, so they got paid on the front end. Great overall experience with Rocky Top and their team (Antwaun, Jesse, Dustin, etc). We had some initial issues with the install (not their fault) but they stuck around after hours to troubleshoot and were ultimately able to get everything installed and running well. Highly recommend them and they are one of a few rare companies that actually seem to truly care about customer service. The management team and Jesse, in particular, was super responsive and helpful with any concerns/questions we had. A+
