This was my first time having to get an HVAC system installed, and in my first home. It was installed Dec.-Jan. 2023-24; I selected the "Ultimate Comfort" (top of the line) system for $20K (two zones) and I requested rigid ducts throughout. I had to get financing through Wells Fargo, so they got paid on the front end. We had a great experience with Tim & Carson coming to help us out when our air conditioning went out! They were very responsive & helpful and got our AC working within a couple of hours of calling! Will definitely use them again!
Gerald and the team at Rocky Top HVAC are top-tier. I’ve used a lot of contractors over the years, and these guys are as solid and professional as they come. Showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would, no surprises—just good, honest work. Gerald’s the kind of guy you can actually trust to do the job right the first time. Highly recommend them if you want it done fast and done right. The maintenance plan is fantastic!
Mark and Manny came by to fix our electrical and plumbing. They were fantastic! Mark was able to recess our oven outlet so it fit well. Manny fixed the leak in our outdoor pipe in the crawl space and fixed the hot water pressure on our kitchen sink. He determined a part needed to be replaced and was able to get it and replace it same day. Both were very professional and were upfront with the cost of each repair. We will be using them in the future!
