I have used Rocky Top HVAC for three years now and would highly recommend them. Tim one of their service professionals has been extremely helpful. He explains everything so that I can understand why I need each recommended service. I also get the yearly maintenance contract so that my units last longer and the reminders are great. My units appear to be functioning longer and better thanks to them. I also bought a brand new unit and installation was fast and professionally done. Again I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you Rocky Top for coming out and getting our heat fixed during the cold! Chris was our technician and he was personable and great to work with. He did a great job making sure we understood the issue and what the fix will do. Would definitely work with Rocky Top and Chris again.

Rocky Top has serviced our unit for several months now. They are very quick and available to call. Tim has been our tech before and he is very thorough and a great help. We can't recommend them enough

We have been with Rocky Top since we moved back to Knoxville. Their service techs are well qualified and efficient. Tim is the tech I request for our service, and he hasn’t let me down. He will give a recommendation of upgrades and why it will benefit our system. He answers your questions, but never pushes for you to buy the upgrade. As he left this last time, he said he will see us for our next service.

I've been a Rocky Top Air (the original name) fan for a very long time! My wife and I recently had an immediate service need arise and Shannon was able to get a service technician to our house within a couple of hours. Timothy did a great job correcting the service issue. Overall, a great rocky Top experience, again!
