I’m telling you they will make you pay a app fee and find any reason to deny you , I asked her what my changed where she responded u don’t have $45 for a chance like what ? And u can definitely tell this lady is racist

Update. It is now 5/24 and still no response. Anyone else with issues of paying fees to this company should contact BBB to report of fraud and accepting money to perform a service and fail to act or correspond to paying parties. I guess Debbie is still out almost a month later. I completed an application on around 5/3 to rent a home and have yet to receive a response. I reached out by locating an email for someone named Debbie. She did respond stating that my documents weren't attached to the application. That is not true ... read more

I’ve had the pleasure of renting from this company for the past 5 years. During my tenure with renting from RJ PROPERTY I can say that it has been one of the best experiences ever. This company takes pride in their tenants as well listens to all of their needs. Sharon was always my go to for maintenance and she makes sure she communicates with you from start to finish. My name is Wandalyn Simpson and since September of last year this property has been a nightmare. I requested that Cynthia return only for her to ssk me to move the following month because she thought she could just ask me to leave for no reason. Now she is messingup my name by not allowingme to pay. Look at her motive. I have evidence she help tenants. . I was never given a reason for this action. I lived here for 8 months... I cannot even tell you how hard it is to get maintenances out to the house much less all the money that I spent on the yard. If I wanted to live somewhere without a yard I would have rented an apartment however I wanted a backyard and front yard for my children so that's a main reason that I chose his house..
