Some of the absolute worst people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. All of the exterior doors were compromised during a burglary. They told us they were going to fix the locks but never sent anybody out to do it. Despite numerous follow up requests for them to address this safety issue, they never did anything. For two years we had to rely on dead bolts that we installed ourselves until eventually we bought new door knows and locks to replace the broken ones. Save your time and money, I rented one of their property, on Oakcrest . First we had a leak that we informed MLGW about, come to find out the leak was coming from the property. Informed the management, after water bill was 100.00 for months. Company send someone out , which they informed us to contact MLGW, which we did again and was told it’s something on the property that’s has a leak. Would definitely recommend! I had a slight issue and Sierra helped me quickly and made sure everything was resolved. The rest was a smooth process!! I enjoy renting from this company.

Manager just collecting application fee. I filed out application and submitted all requirements just to be told I need more requirements. Debbie Burnett is the worst. Unprofessional. Lies lies lies.
