Definitely wouldnt recommend. I feel i was stereotyped during this process. I was told I didnt make enough money by Debbie. Got a raise at work and was able to present the proper documentation only to not hear anything from her only "she will get to it when she can" now the house is off the market. They definetly pick and choose who they want to rent to. And I never received a call back. They make it hard for you even when they dont have to.

I called to inquire about a rental on apartments.com but was told to visit their website and submit an application. Lance and I set a specific date/time to tour the property but before I could do the application they quickly took the rental off market. I called Lance, he asked me if I was interested in their other properties but I preferred the rental in a more affluent area. These folks out here just collecting application fees never answered phone till after 2 not professional just sad is this the new thing to scam people then houses listed they don't have but you posted them up on your site sad humans..I think we should be able to give a zero>>>>>SHE LIES ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU MAKE ETC PLEASE DON'T GIVE These PEOPLE ANYTHING .......and Debbie said the homes I was interested in was rented already but they still have Them on the site taken people money ....need to be shut down

I recently applied for a rental listed at $1,295 with RJ Property Management and spoke directly with Debbie, who handled my application. After paying the $45 application fee, I was told that I didn’t meet the income requirement because they “don’t go by gross income.” However, the company’s own website clearly states that “household income must be at least 3 times the rent,” with no mention of net income. Some of the absolute worst people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. All of the exterior doors were compromised during a burglary. They told us they were going to fix the locks but never sent anybody out to do it. Despite numerous follow up requests for them to address this safety issue, they never did anything. For two years we had to rely on dead bolts that we installed ourselves until eventually we bought new door knows and locks to replace the broken ones.
