The staff at the Omaha location were very professional and courteous; So much so, I signed up and paid ($2750) for a full year of treatment before actually knowing if I was a good candidate for the services/treatments provided. I was not. Now 6 months later, I am STILL waiting for a refund. Numerous emails, phone calls and voicemails to the Corporate office have gone ignored...in fact, I'm fairly certain they're screening their calls now because I haven't been able to get a live person to answer their corporate line for over... read more

I have never complained of my personal health care services, because I have consistently received outstanding care in almost all circumstances. But Restorative Health of Omaha is an exception. The health care offered and provided by this company was the worse I have ever experienced, and in my opinion, quite unprofessional. I would avoid it at all costs.

I have been receiving hormone replacement therapy at Restorative Health in Omaha continuously for the past 6 years. The level of care is outstanding. Samantha, my nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable about HRT and she excels at patient care. I would not want to go anywhere else!

This place is awful! All they care about is money . I went there with my mother ,we both saw Angela. Both got pallets, my mother had a horrible reaction to it that turned into an infection. No one even once called to see how she was doing after me calling and telling them about the allergic reaction. When and only when I called to cancel our further treatments we got multiple emails and phone calls asking what happened and how they can keep our business. Since they realized money was no longer coming.

It's only been 4 months since I've started my hormone therapy. I can honestly say all my menopausal symptoms are gone. My husband is so happy my desires are back! 😉 😁 I highly recommend their services, you will be a whole new woman! Wish I would've done this sooner! Great group of professional ladies!
