Bryce was wonderful. I got myself into a sticky situation with my tire where a huge nail had gone through it, and he swiftly got it fixed for me without any issues at all. He was very fast, efficient, and sweet. Even put together a price for me to get new tires as he noticed my tread is pretty much gone. Highly recommend this place and will be taking my cars here in the future from now on.
Paid over $300 for a ECU install and diagnostic. (ECU install was plug and play/program the key).... A true diagnostic was never performed. All they kept saying was that the engine would not turn over after the new ECU was installed. I got the SAME FEEDBACK on 5 different phone calls. They could not tell me any information about what they were checking or actually doing on my truck. There are still many good people in business today and one of them is Brice at Pinnacle Automotive Little Rock. I drove in with a rental car that was losing air pressure in a tire. Not only did they take me right away, but they repaired it within 15 minutes!!! I had called the rental agency and gotten a big runaround, and was feeling anxious. Always does a great job at a reasonable price. We always use them for oil changes, new tires, and any other issues that pop up.
This place was a nightmare to deal with. Long story short, 5 grand in repairs to be sent home with exact same engine codes and a car that now won’t idle. Took it back 6-7 times and was told different thing every time, paid twice more, no fix. Didn’t honor warranty. Doesn’t want to refund diagnostic fees they were wrong about half a dozen times.
