Got a quote for a new construction roof. They were extremely reasonably priced. I worked with Jerad on the different colors and brand options. They knocked it out quick, and he stayed in communication the entire time. We ended up doing shingles on most of the roof and they put a standing seam metal roof on the porch. Couldn’t be happier with their service and work they provided.

Had several houses in my neighborhood receive new roofs due to recent hail damage. Called Oltmans because of their great reputation and high reviews. Chris came out at the quoted time and inspected our roof. No damage that required a new roof but that speaks volumes of a reputable company. He went through the inspection process and explained the positives he saw and how hail damage does not affect all roofs the same. No hustle or sales pitch. Oltmans Roofing replaced my roof in Maumelle. They did a great job in a timely manner. Chris Lawrenz was very professional and worked really well with my insurance company. He was boots on the ground with the crew. At completion, his quality inspection was top notch. Will definitely use them again for any of my roofing needs.

I was searching for a new home throughout the USA and decided to purchase a home from Oltmans Development Inc. The home they built in Hurricane Lake Estates was stunning and no other home I looked at could compare. It has a lot of custom features, and the build quality was outstanding. Working with Jeremiah Oltmans was a pleasure and he delivered on everything needed to complete the home. Just had my roof replaced and Oltmans was awesome. They gave a really good price and their crew was fast and did an excellent job. Justin with Oltmans was great and communicated with me the entire way. I highly recommend Justin and Oltmans for any roofing needs. Plus they are local.
