Terrible business owner extremely rude and racist. I parked here not realizing it was private property and the supposed owner berated me in the parking lot. When I kindly apologized and advised her that she did not need to speak to me in a condescending and rude manner she began to antagonize me further. Later on I went back inside the business to get the managers information. She threatened to call the police and accused me of stealing her phone.
What a treasure! I stopped at a community Acupuncture event here and got so much more than I expected. Nena Watkins was extra attentive and wasted no time in assessing me. 0/10 the lady that works there and claims to be the manager is unapologetically racist, last week on Saturday she harassed a friend of mine all because she parked in the establishment parking lot area. I’ve been a patient since Oak Cliff Acupuncture opened in 2016. Recently I had a river accident in Colorado this July and ended up with a concussion, whiplash, and a brain bleed all wrapped in extremely tight muscles. This led to 1 urgent care visit and 3 emergency room visits and being admitted to the hospital for one night. Major headaches have been a constant issue since the accident.
