Prior to Hurricane Season, I reached out to my insurance company to inspect my roof. To my surprise they approved a new roof and the inspector recommended Grassi Roofing. I reached out and couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and promptness. Nick responded right away, was super helpful, direct, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. When my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new roof, there was little doubt whom we would call....Grazzi Roofing. Used by my parents, my mother in law, and previous experience with roofing our old house before we moved to our present house, we had plenty of great experiences with this company and were not disappointed. Grassi Roofing is an excellent locally/family-owned roofing company: responsive, professional, honest, hard-working & true to their word. They stood by their word & completed my roof in 1.5 days and were absolutely wonderful! I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof! My house looks like a BRAND NEW HOME!!! :)

I wouldn't pay this company to put shingles on a dog house. I found nails in my driveway, broken ornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, and nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. Really pleased and totally satisfied with the new roof Nick Grassi installed on my home. Nick was very easy to work with and patiently assisted my wife with shingle selection, etc. During the less than 2 day installation, Nick was readily available to answer any questions. Nick's installation crew was also very professional and respectful to my wife and I. I highly recommend Nick Grassi to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
