We have used MegaPros twice now and couldn't be happier with the results each time. The first project was a general bathroom remodel, and the second project was installing grab bars to make our tub shower safer. The sales rep is thorough about recording all details of the planned project, and the actual contractors that they send do top-notch work. I greatly appreciate the quality of the services provided and won't hesitate to call them again for any future remodeling work.

I had my entire townhouse remodeled by MegaPros last year. I was more than pleased with the work that was done. The entire staff were so very qualified, informative and caring about my plans for the remodel and using their specific skills to make it happen. I have referred them to a number of my friends. Those who have seen the finished project were extremely impressed. I have since had them back for minor repairs or other small jobs. They guarantee their work and I know that it will be done right.
I had an excellent experience with Megapros regarding my damage dywall. I used Megapros previously for remoded on my apartment.. Then I use Megapros again. Ghosted. Reached out twice via web site. No response. Called. Person on the phone was lovely. Jeremy came out. He was great too. Promised estimates in a few days. Nothing after a week. Emailed. No response. Called 2 weeks later. Verified they had my contact info. Said they'd get back to me. It's been weeks. This is all I need to know at this point. No estimate necessary.
