Everything we have eaten here has been really good. Came here for a fish fry for an out of town. It was a tempura beer battered. Nice, light, crispy. It was perfectly done. I will definitely be back for this. Also ordered the Italian beef, which is on top 10 in Buffalo as well as the fish fry.Not a super large sandwich, but definitely enough and very tasty.

I came in with a friend to try a fish fry for dinner after hearing all over that this place does them best. They weren't kidding. I got a fish fry and it was fantastic. My friend doesn't like fish, so she tried their French onion soup as an appetizer, and street tacos for her meal. She said they were both incredible, and that was the best food shes ever had. 1st time here! They have a very friendly and attentive staff! Had the pretzel as an app, hot and delicious with honey mustard and queso for dips. My wife had the roast beef on weck I had the Cuban. Both were delicious! I had a Guinness and my wife has the Bourbon and cranberry special. Wonderful drink!
We stopped by after seeing Niagara Falls. The ratings were very positive so we gave it a try. So glad we did! My husband had the French onion soup; I had the shrimp creole soup. Both were amazing! Also ordered the Italian Beef and Cuban sandwiches. Amazing! The pic shows half of each sandwich (we shared). Lastly we ordered the cinnamon bun and limoncello cheesecakes. The limoncello could have been more lemony but the cinnamon cheesecake was delicious! Highly recommend the Lake Shore Cafe.
