We worked with Kris to sell our late father's house that hadn't changed much since 1962. Her knowledge, experience and diligence made this process nearly effortless. She made recommendations on what to update, what to leave alone and professionals to help get the property in tip-top shape. She even moved in few things to stage the house so it wouldn't feel so empty. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
