They do amazing work, tried changing things in my bios before updating it and fried the board lol. Dropped it off at Hal’s and they got it fixed up for me, however it did take 5 weeks and I would’ve preferred updates on how it was going. I did receive a call when it was done so I’m happy about that. If you want updates I’d recommend calling they’re very friendly and happy to let you know whatever they do at that moment. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be back if I end up breaking it again!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, patient with questions. When my laptop suffered a major operating event, they were able to provide a newly refurbished custom upgraded laptop at very competitive price with warranty! I highly recommend them.
Best Buy/ Geek Squad had my tower for three days and called me to pick it up. Charged me almost $200 and said that it wasn’t repairable. Seeking a second opinion I took it to Hal at 9am when they opened. At 130, Hal called stating it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Great service!
Al was amazing, solved my problem very quickly and was very generous in helping me out during a tough situation. Definitely go to him for all your needs!
WORST business EVER. Do not bring your computer, laptop or any electronic device to this place. They will take literally months, not tell you a price, then blame it on you. The most unprofessional business i have ever had to deal with.
