I love Just Ask Hal they are stress free and fast. This is my new place for all my electronics. So easy going and knowledgeable. This experience was the best part of my day.
I brought my PC here for a motherboard repair and a case/GPU/PSU upgrade. While the motherboard issue itself was resolved, the overall experience was disappointing. The cable management was extremely poor for a professional build, especially considering the labor cost. Stopped in to have my laptop rid of spam pop ups all the time. Hal was not there but Emma didn't a great job multi-talking with phone calls, repair multiple computers at once and customer pick ups. She never got flustered or stressed out with how busy she was.
I am very disappointed. I explained my father passed away and I have a computer and monitor I need to get rid off. They were very cold and indifferent to the situation. They told me I have 20 just like that computer and said they would give me $20 for the cpu and the monitor. I feel taken advantage of
I am into gaming and have a mid tier gaming PC. I wanted to upgrade my GPU from an RX580 to the RX6600. So I bought one and the day I received it my computer would not turn on.
