They do amazing work, tried changing things in my bios before updating it and fried the board lol. Dropped it off at Hal’s and they got it fixed up for me, however it did take 5 weeks and I would’ve preferred updates on how it was going. I did receive a call when it was done so I’m happy about that. If you want updates I’d recommend calling they’re very friendly and happy to let you know whatever they do at that moment. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be back if I end up breaking it again!
I dropped my computer off here 3 months ago and still don't have it. They replaced the hard drive in it less than a year ago for $300, and it has died again and lost all my information. I called multiple times and no one would call me back. I drove over to the store, I was quoted $50 labor to replace the hard drive under warranty at the initial vist. This time he wanted to charge $100 because I expressed my displeasure with no return phone calls or information. I reminded him of the original $50 quote and he agreed to that... read more
We were searching for a lighted mirror power supply and were referred by the local Batteries Plus store (kudos to them). We called JAH, and they said they might have something. We visited and were waited on immediately even though they were busy. They couldn't find one quickly, but they asked us to leave the mirror and they'd call us back in a few days. My laptop failed to startup after a windows update, 800 miles from home for 3 months. I found Just Ask Al. He was fantastic in repairing the corrupted operating system quickly. I can not say enough good things about this business and highly recommend. Prices are extremely fair!
Based on Hal’s radio ad and the 4.5 Google rating, I took my 3 Apple laptops in to have their batteries replaced. My 2019 13” MacBook Pro battery was replaced with no issue. The 2013 Macbook Air battery was replaced. And the keys on the left side of the keyboard no longer work. They gave me a usb keyboard to “fix” the problem. The first keyboard they offered had the separate number pad, but when the store manager saw it, she took it back and gave me a lesser keyboard.
