I brought my PC here for a motherboard repair and a case/GPU/PSU upgrade. While the motherboard issue itself was resolved, the overall experience was disappointing. The cable management was extremely poor for a professional build, especially considering the labor cost. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, patient with questions. When my laptop suffered a major operating event, they were able to provide a newly refurbished custom upgraded laptop at very competitive price with warranty! I highly recommend them.

WORST business EVER. Do not bring your computer, laptop or any electronic device to this place. They will take literally months, not tell you a price, then blame it on you. The most unprofessional business i have ever had to deal with.

Best Buy/ Geek Squad had my tower for three days and called me to pick it up. Charged me almost $200 and said that it wasn’t repairable. Seeking a second opinion I took it to Hal at 9am when they opened. At 130, Hal called stating it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Great service!
