Cole went above and beyond for us. When other contractors gave a quick glance at our project, Cole spent extra time with us to ensure the integrity of our roof. He was awesome to work with, and they got the project done earlier than anticipated and at a great rate. I'd absolutely work with Cole again.

We reached out about a roof leak, and Cole was at our house the next day to do an inspection! He provided us with a comprehensive and honest assessment of our roof, offering us several options to address the issue. The final quote matched his on-site estimate perfectly and was very reasonable. He was great communicating about scheduling, and it was done within an hour when the crew arrived. We just had our entire roof replaced, gutters replaced and soffits repaired by Cole and his team. Cole was very responsive to questions and kept us updated with the progress. I got several quotes before replacing the roof and he was not only the best price but also very thorough in his assessment of what really needed to be done. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaned up after everything was done. We will be needing new siding in the future and plan to use him again!

I called Jones Roofing Monday around lunch after a fallen branch left a hole in our roof. Cole and his team had it done before 5:00 the same day! This was clutch being that it rains every afternoon this time of year. The roof looks great! They were careful to make sure that the color matched perfectly, the job was done at a high standard, and the site was clean and free of debris! I highly recommend Jones Roofing & Construction!
