We wanted to share the exceptional experience we had with Integrated Media for our multi-room project. They were professional from the first onsite visit to installation, as well as punctual on both on-site visits which is much appreciated! One of the employees even spent some time showing our young son how to read a tape measurer. Above and beyond service! We would highly recommend their business.
After switching to ATT fiber optical internet, I couldn't get all of my systems back on. Phillip from Integrated Media came out and fixed everything. He knew exactly what needed to be done in the correct order. He reconnected my cameras, enabled my Alexa to talk to all my l8ght switches, and separated the 5.0 from the 2.4 ghz wifie so I could reconnect all my l8ght switches and plugs. I highly recommend Integrated Media.
