I went in for a broken ankle and was paying out of pocket and both appointments felt super rushed and dismissed when the doctor came in to assess my injury. It almost felt pointless for me to go and pay for this service. I also asked if I needed physical therapy and the doctor replied, “do you want physical therapy?”. I would give Idaho Foot & Ankle Zero Stars, if it were an option. Please, Please be weary of using Ryan Kemp as your surgeon. In fact, just don't! I had a very basic bunion surgery. Everything that I was prepared for by the office turned out to be untrue. From the time I would spend non-weight bearing, to the time I would spend in a boot and the pain I would experience. I visited to get a plantar’s wart removed on the bottom of my foot. The nurse was unhelpful and bored. Dr. Kerry did not seem to want to help, either, and tried to deter me from getting the wart cut out when I specifically asked to just get the thing removed. Numbing in my foot was supposed to last “about 4-6 hours” and my foot was partially numb for 4 weeks. Received no after-care instructions - I looked them up on another podiatrist’s website. Dr. Boyd Andrews is amazing! I had to have surgery on an ingrown toenail and I was super scared and he totally depleted me of all fears and concerns. He did an A+ job on the surgery and my toe healed extremely fast I know because of this! The staff is amazing I love Jade! Thank you so much for being a sweetheart!
Great doc. Dr. Kemp is very experienced and we never felt rushed. He did great for my wife and I as we not messed up our feet in a period of 12 months.
