Best BLS renewal ever! Gina is awesome, patient, funny, yet serious about ensuring we all demonstrate the minimum requirements before walking away for the next two years. I immediately felt welcomed by her warm presence, and was comfortable asking questions. She takes the content seriously with a light hearted approach.
I had to renew my CPR certification for work, so I took the BLS Provider Initial class with Gina. She is a great instructor - very thorough and has a lot of practical experience. I often have anxiety in CPR classes, but she helped me feel more comfortable and confident!
I took the CPR and first aid courses for adults, children, and infants this weekend and they were the best courses I’ve ever taken! I’ve been CPR certified for the last 10 years and this was my favorite company I’ve certified with. The instructor was retired EMS, so the information she included was all super applicable to real life emergency situations, she was thorough, and gave great pointers and things to remember. Have taken both CPR renewal and first aid here and both classes with different instructors were awesome. Loved all the real world stories and applications during the classes. The first aid class even helped me know the language to help a lady who was hit by a car in a grocery store parking lot while I was on vacation a few weeks after the course concluded. Knowing what to do and what to ask for helped me feel confident but more importantly hopefully helped the lady who was hit and bleeding. EMS was really grateful and so was... read more
The class was amazing. The instructor was kind and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. No trick questions, no playing gotcha and the room was sunny and bright. The equipment was new and in good condition. It was the perfect atmosphere for learning. I will always use them for recertification again and recommend them to all of my coworkers.
