Had a pool heater issue under warranty and was referred to Hydrodynamics for the repair. Turned out to be a more complicated issue so when the initial repair did not solve the issue, they arranged to return with two other specialists to figure out the issue. Very pleased with the follow through and resolution!

Contacted Hydrodynamics for an issue with my newly installed Hayward pool heater. The technician was quickly dispatched to my home (within a day) and able to diagnose and repair the issue. Warranty claim was efficiently handled by the Hydrodynamics staff. Made for a great experience. Will definitely use this company again if I have any future issue. The responsiveness and contact made with me during the visit (to ensure I was aware of issues found) make all the difference. Its hard to find a business as well run as this one.

New customer. Objective was preventive maintenance and eval of 3yr old Hayward pool heat pump. Office c/s friendly and asked good questions. Appmt within week. Technician ontime, friendly, and efficient. In the “above & beyond” category he identified and resolved an existing electrical installation error at pool system panel. Work accomplished with fair cost. Recommend them and will use them in future.

Poor quality services from start to finish. It's simply easy to make money with 0 customer services. If you plan to charge excessive prices for your services, at least have a professional INVOICE process in place! We requested a service for a water leak problem in a new pool heater, a technician came for 10 minutes that cost us $400 to give us a repair diagnosis of $2,800.00 ???? And they can't give us a INVOICE with details of what happens to the heater after we pay for the shortest service of our lives of $400.00? Oh reall... read more

I want to acknowledge the professionalism and courteous service from Jessica and her team at Hydro Dynamics. She was very patient on the phone and helpful walking me through steps to get a tech out for our grinder pump issue (turned out to be weather issue from zero temps). Nine months prior, we used Hydro to install a new grinder pump when the existing one failed during a holiday weekend. Not only did their team get out there the same day, but got it all up and running in a short time. Highly recommend.
