This message is regarding an order for Phillip Gniadecki, a purchase of Legacy Blang Bleow 14g shake was reserved and beforehand we spoke to Amy on the phone about the pricing for a new customer. We asked 4 different times on if the new customer discount will be applied before the 30% off or after, she did not understand so when I asked what will the price be at checkout she quoted $53. I love High Haven! I worked with Avo, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and make great suggestions when I was clueless and looking for something new to try. HIGHLY recommend High Haven!
Prices and location are good but service could be better. I waited 10 minutes for my order and it wasn't busy at all. Feels like staff likes to chitchat instead of doing their jobs. Would not be returning.
