Hi, I would like to share with you my experience with one of your employees name Stephanie. I can’t say enough about this young lady. I needed her help in replacing the screen from a door that I just had purchased from Home Depot. She was beyond helpful. She was kind, considerate,and went above and beyond to help me. I wish there were more employees out there like her. These days you just don’t get that anymore. I contacted Grisham thru the online “contact us” email. I received a message from Stephanie Daniels telling me exactly what I needed to do to get my screen replaced. After sending her what she needed to assist me, I followed up with a call. When Stephanie called me back she was able to help me completely, in addition to telling me all options. I got 2 security doors installed on my home and my experience was great. The sales rep got me in touch with the installer Herbert and I had my new doors installed as soon as they had an opening. My installer Herbert enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He worked quickly and wasn't all day. I would definitely recommend.
