I needed her help in replacing the screen from a door that I just had purchased from Home Depot. She was beyond helpful. She was kind, considerate,and went above and beyond to help me. As crime continues to increase, it was time to Upgrade the security around the home. Grisham Bros ended up meeting my every requirement, with exceptional help coming from the customer service representative. Safe to say I feel secure, now that I own the best! Highly recommended!
I contacted Grisham thru the online “contact us” email. I received a message from Stephanie Daniels telling me exactly what I needed to do to get my screen replaced. After sending her what she needed to assist me, I followed up with a call. When Stephanie called me back she was able to help me completely, in addition to telling me all options. I got 2 security doors installed on my home and my experience was great. The sales rep got me in touch with the installer Herbert and I had my new doors installed as soon as they had an opening. My installer Herbert enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He worked quickly and wasn't all day. I would definitely recommend.
We recently had a storm door installed & had a great experience. The door looks great & Kiara & Jodi were very helpful.
