I had an excellent experience with Nick Grassi and his team! Nick was incredibly responsive. He gave me a quote quickly and efficiently and stuck with it, the quote never changed. We were able to schedule for days later and our roof was replaced beautifully, including damage from Hurricane Helene, within about 6-hours. We were blown away! They did a top notch job for thousands less than the competitors quoted us. We're very impressed and and grateful for their professionalism, great service, attention and care.
I wouldn't pay this company to put shingles on a dog house. I found nails in my driveway, broken ornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, and nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. We needed a roof inspection to sell our house. I reached out on a Sunday, and Tyler was able to come out on Monday. He looked over the areas in question (specifically flashing) and didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. Great communication all around.
