This started as a 1 star review due to the service received verses what was told to me from a phone rep setting up service, which did not match when the tech got on sight. They called said I was due for service, I agreed asked for a tune up service which I asked for filters, plugs, and oil change and normal maintenance. The lady on the phone said something about a silver plan, or one with monitoring. I said I really just need a tune up with the things I asked for. She said that is what they did last year. Matt was on time and performed all the steps of the Basic Maint in a timely manner. He also answered clearly the few questions I had. Very satisfied with the install and my first annual service on this older, used machine!
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job that was completed. The crew that showed up to my house was friendly attentive and answered any questions that both of us had. They also cleaned up behind themselves and made everything look aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend this company and this generator due to both of them being bo easy to work with.
