We bought a whole house generator during Covid when my husband was on oxygen and if we lost power then he wouldn't have access to his oxygen. We love this generator especially when the electricity goes out in the cold winter months and the hot summer days. I would truly recommend this company to buy this generator from. They are very prompt, trustworthy and courteous when we have our yearly inspection done.
great company to work with. I have had my generator for maybe six or seven years. I really never have to think about it. This company calls when it is time for maintenance. I appreciate this service. It is a good feeling not having to worry about power outages. Plus, when I was shopping, I believe this is the only company that was honest about what my needs were and did not oversell. We priced several local suppliers of whole house generators and were not happy with the prices or phone responses. Generator Plus was recommended by a neighbor who had them install a unit at his house several months before. I'm happy we went that way. Their installers were knowledgeable and accommodating. The interview with the salesman was very very clear it was relaxing not high pressure he sold me what I needed for my household not some extravagant extraordinary unit. He was the most reasonably priced they come and tube things up for me every year. At around $100 so far which doesn't seem bad to me at all. I had free monitoring of my unit for a year which was nice. The installers were wonderful and they didn't leave a horrid mess in my house.
