First and follow up visits were all on time. Chris was our technician and was very knowledgeable about the products as well as electrical and building codes. He offered various options for our whole house generator needs and was patient with changes that I proposed. He was able to recommend the exact products we needed for our project. The service man was very kind and professional. He took the time to explain the maintenance he performed on my Generac generator. He replaced the battery on site the same day. He was even patient with my dogs. He did an excellent job and was efficient. I highly recommend Generators Plus Co.

A technician from Generators plus comes out once a year to service our Generator. They do a great job at a reasonable price. It nice to have the peace of mind that having your Generator professionally serviced gives you. They are a great company to deal with and are quick to come out if you need a service call.

I purchased my GENERAC whole house generator in 2012 from Generators Plus in Ida, Michigan. Installation went smoothly. I also have them service my generator annually. I am very pleased with their services. They always show up when they say they will be there. They phone when they are on their way. I have not had any issues with my generator but I am confident they would respond promptly
