Excellence in everything they did. Initial communication was prompt direct and not pressing in the least. When the install was finished the Generator looked like it had been part of the original construction. It was installed level and solid, right where I wanted it. Great service! In a world of mediocre service, Generators Plus was wonderful, from calling to schedule an appointment to getting work done. Mindy and Nick were both very nice and accommodating. The price for general service was fair. I will use them again.
