I hired them to help fight for me and in my deposition my attorney didn't object to hardly anything. I had to nudge the Dr into getting a deposition scheduled and then right after my attorney said the Drs deposition was ok but needed to schedule another bc the other attorney wasn't done asking questions... Weeks later I'm getting a call stating I read Dr testimony and he doesn't feel like another deposition would benefit and going to trial might be worse than settling.... They are awful. My dad had them when he and his granddaughter got hit by a drunk driver, they lye to get your case and then when they have you. They don't care. They don't fight for you and they are not two for you. You will never talk or see them again. If your case goes to court they will not be there they will have someone represent you. And everything they told you was a lye and exaggerated.
Terrible Been out of pt a week,pain is getting worse. So I called the adjuster myself an what took them longer than a week to figure out I did in 10min. Don’t use them.
