Vernon is an excellent massage therapist and addresses all problem areas with care. He works to relieve pain and maximize flexibility, with lots of stretch work. It feels like part massage and part physical therapy. Highly recommend!
Amazing!!! Vernon really is a master of his craft. He took time to talk to me about my needs want I wanted done. He checked in several times on my 1st visit to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. He has a heated table and a very peaceful space to please all the senses. If you need to relieve muscle soreness or tightness in the joints he offers stretching sessions too. This truly was a total body and mind self care and I booked a weekly appointment moving forward. Thanks Vernon, you are the man!!!!!
Vernon gave me a chair massage at the Market at Serendipity. He is strong but sensitive and frequently checking on how much pressure is appropriate. He certainly realigned my sore muscles after I'd played fiddle for the market for three hours. I felt great, totally refreshed after a long and tiring gig.
Great Swedish massage from Vernon, friendly and comfortable dialog, and tailored service to meet my needs. Due to Vernon donating his services and time free for a conference I attended, and providing an amazing massage, I will definitely recommend him and pay for services in the near future! Thank you!
10/10 recommend Vernon. I've been to various different massage therapist's for pain but never felt much relief. After my first massage with him I had so much less pain.
