We have been attempting to obtain manufacturing information from Daniel Fletcher, the owner for several weeks. He promised every day to return our call and look for information. He never replied. Our home was built by Rick Gouge in 1008 and apparently Fletcher has been working with him for several years. Our flooring has been discontinued and we needed the information in an effort to search online to repair two small scratches. If I could give zero stars, I would. Flooring Simplicty installed the tile in our custom home and it’s the one regret I have with our build. Two rooms were grouted in the wrong color with one being the bathroom shower walls and bath surround. I was convinced to stain the grout instead of redoing and shortly after moving in the stain started to chip off leaving the wrong color grout visible. Dan has been great about recovering me from a nightmare caused by another construction company. Dan, Joe, Gabrielle have been there each step of the way. I had a schedule and the schedule was adhered to. Each specialist from flooring, plumbing, electrician, walls, tiling, knew their craft and their expertise was beyond expectations. Bathroom belongs on the cover of HGTV. Thank you all for a very positive experience.

These guys stay busy and for good reason! Dan, Nathan, Nick, Joe, Carrie, Antonio, and the whole team were so professional start to finish. Each day, the guys showed up on time and would clean up afterward. They were incredibly respectful of our space throughout the project and we are so pleased with the final product. Nathan told us Antonio was an artist with the tile. He was right! Highly recommend them for your project.

Flooring Simplicity installed all of our floors, back splashes, and shower tiles! Not only was the experience seamless & finished in a timely manner, but the products are incredible. The staff of FS were knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. They are the best in the area, and we will for sure be supporting them in the future!
