I received a flier in the mail, and it caught my attention. I called the next day and since the first moment they answered I was greeted by a lovely women. I scheduled for a tour on my day off and they quickly agreed and they had availability. I went to the tour and staff was very lovely and punctual. Every question I had they answered and they just gave me confidence to leave my two children with them. I will completely recommend them to everyone I know.
After my tour with Mrs. Brittney my girls were overly excited to go to First Steps Learning Academy! It is so well done and fun to walk through, if I was a kid I would definitely want to go here. This director has thought of everything, and shared her visions for future growth with me when I thought this facility was already going beyond what I have ever seen. This is the last place I would take my child, I made a Facebook post asking about the school (rightfully so) ALOT OF PEOPLE had negative things to which I was already experiencing with it being only my sons 3rd day. I agreed with a couple things on my post and not even a couple hours later received a call from not even the director but his teacher terminating his care due to my post. From the very beginning, our experience with First Steps Learning Center was disappointing. We had just moved from out of state and, due to long waitlists everywhere else, this was one of the only facilities with immediate availability. Over time, I came to understand why. Communication with the owner, Brittni Hay, was consistently poor. My son attended this daycare for over a year and a half, and despite that, I never met her in person because she works remotely. We love our Ms.Kenna🤩🤩, when your child wakes up and excited to go see her teacher you know she’s happy there. Braylee is not even 3 yet but words she would use are just amazing ❤️… She have learned so much. My Daughter Brantlee loves Mr Roland and Ms Jackie😊.
