I'm very happy with contacting Elizabeth Rook after hearing ad on 98.1 the max radio station. I' ve been dealing with constant Car insurance RATE increases for a few years now. I am a AARP member and had thought I was getting the LOWEST best pricing but I was wrong. Ashley Gomez had found ME a more & better deal that saved me around $300. Very happy all-round. Ashley was very friendly and helpful and quick at getting a better policy & carrier. Definitely 👍 worth the call .

We purchased a new vehicle and called to get it added to our policy. The new vehicle took us out of rate lock and was considerably higher. Ashley Gomez worked with me and explained the policy. We worked through some changes to lower the monthly premium. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Erie plans. We have been with Elizabeth and Erie for years and have always been pleased with their customer service! Highly recommend.

Rook insurance has excellent rates on both homeowners and car insurance. Elizabeth looks for the best deal she can find for you. They are also very helpful when you need assistance like a copy of your proof of insurance or declaration page as I did when I was renting a car out of town. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Customer service is outstanding ! The ladies in the Lakeland office are so attentive, knowledgeable and nice. Recent interactions with Ashley Gomez regarding renewal and issue with my Mortgage Company were handled immediately by Ashley. Great rates and coverage too !
