Rook insurance has excellent rates on both homeowners and car insurance. Elizabeth looks for the best deal she can find for you. They are also very helpful when you need assistance like a copy of your proof of insurance or declaration page as I did when I was renting a car out of town. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone.

I have had my house and automobile insurance with Erie several years now . I unfortunately have had to use both of them . Erie was so helpful and easy to work with . I plan on staying with them as long as they will have me .

Customer service is outstanding ! The ladies in the Lakeland office are so attentive, knowledgeable and nice. Recent interactions with Ashley Gomez regarding renewal and issue with my Mortgage Company were handled immediately by Ashley. Great rates and coverage too !
