I had a fantastic experience my first time here right after Hurricane Florence. Owner was on site and extremely helpful and trusting. However, my last 3 visits have caused me to leave empty handed and agitated. The person working had zero knowledge of the mowers. I was told by the owner that he had the exact mower that I wanted to purchase. When I got there an hour later he was gone and the lady working couldn’t “find” that mower. Fixed my mower in just a couple of days. Running great. Good job! A few months later, had to bring my other mower in. Best service. Was ready next day. Great job. Kyle was very helpful & professional.

Needed my zero turn mower serviced. (blade change, oil, lube and filters) Some prices were as high as $160.00 with a 3 to 4 week time. I called East Coast and was totally amazed. Really great price with a 2 to 3 day service time. Professional service and a fully stocked retail outlet. Thank you EAST COAST!

Things didn't go according to planned, but they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They even called to check up after I got it home and put it to the test. Good mowers for good prices.
