I've seen Dr. Abare 6 times now and everything I leave the sessions, I feel better and better. She focuses on the affected areas which in my case is my lower back and shoulders and now I can walk better and move my arm with more ease. Thank goodness I found her.

Dr Rachel is kind and a good listener. She was thorough in my first visit and follow up visits have been nice. Very comfortable place to be and relax and let the acupuncture do its work.

Dr. Abare is terrific. I see her for acupuncture and cupping it’s a very comfortable atmosphere with your choice of sounds or music. She always checks on you to make sure everything’s going well. My absolute favorite part is the cupping.

I have been to many acupuncturist in the past but Dr. Rachel is by far the best. She spent a great deal of time with me on my first visit to know me better and asked questions about my overall health and lifestyle . She presented the necessary treatment plan after understanding my problem and its root causes. She answered all my questions and concerns in detail to make sure i was comfortable. Dr. Rachel Abare is great. She’s kind, really listens, and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. I’ve been seeing her for acupuncture, and she’s been incredibly thoughtful about adjusting treatments based on how I’m feeling that day. Her office has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and even the treatment rooms are soothing—she plays peaceful videos on the TV, which helps me unwind even more. I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend!
