I’ve been nervous to make this review out of fear my old therapist may see it, but Creekside has saved me. I was seeing a therapist for years that no longer works here, and I ended up coming back after some issues at her new practice. Hands down the best therapy I’ve had in years and I’ve had A LOT OF THERAPY. the office is clean and inviting and my therapist Caroline is extremely helpful in helping me heal from my deep rooted childhood trauma of being a circus performers child growing up. I leave my sessions feeling like I was halfway normal and I owe it all to this place. You won’t find a better or more knowledgeable staff. The miscommunication between groups and lack of doing anymore than the minimum required I was very disappointed in the services. The medication prescribers and psychiatrist I saw were very vocal and seemed liked they wanted to help up front but did poorly at actually seeming like that wanted to solve anything afterwards. Left with “we will have someone call you” several times with the communication afterwards. Would not recommend.
I absolutely loved our therapist, Leah. The offic staff was and continues to be rude, they failed on two separate occasions to give Leah Information to Genesee health systems to complete my daughter's evaluation, leading her diagnosis to be incomplete both times. I would call the office, and never receive calls back. The bathrooms were always out of toilet paper, had feces and or urine on the toilets. I have been with Caroline for almost a year and I cannot say enough good about her. Therapy can be intimidating but she puts me at ease and the EMDR therapy has been AMAZING. I haven't had any bad experiences with Creekside at all and I highly recommend them.
