I cannot say enough good things about Chip's Auto Glass in Reynolds. They came to me and replaced my windshield in my driveway and did a marvelous job. I called one day and made an appointment and they were there within three days---and that delay was because of insurance. They were professional and courteous, yet down-to-earth and super friendly. The job was done well, and I am a satisfied customer. I hope I do not need Justin and his team again anytime soon, but they will be my first call for glass repair.

Chip's Auto Glass came and visited us in Americus to replace my windshield. They were efficient, informative, and extremely polite! I didn't realize how much of a difference a new windshield would make but WOW! We are so very appreciative of how quick the whole process was and their friendliness! Will be recommending them to everyone we know!

This is our 2nd experience using Chip's. The first was a mobile visit few years ago to repair some chips. Very happy with the job. This time it was a full on RV windshield replacement for our motorhome. From the first conversation to the last, they are on top of things. Our windshield was special order coming from Indiana. A few weeks ago I was recommended by my insurance agent to use Chip’s Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. The technicians came to the house and did the job. After leaving I did a quick scan and noticed the rubber seal on the bottom of the windshield was severely damaged and torn. Annoyed that the technicians didn’t bother to tell me about the damage I called the office. In which they told me I COULD PAY THEM TO REPLACE THE PART THAT THEY DAMAGED! Excellent service. Had a rock shatter drivers side window on my VW. Was afraid it was going to take awhile to get replacement glass. Worked with State Farm and talked to Chips and they said they could fix it the next day. Came right to the house to fix it. Very prompt and courteous, got right to work and had the window out and changed in no time. While they were here they also repaired a chip on windshield of another of our cars for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Chip’s.
