Getting into their dock isn't too bad, assuming there's not much traffic - you need to back in, and a sign is posted, indicating this. They open to receive at around 8am, but if you arrive the night before, the only place to eat is 1 mile away. Unloading is fast (in and out in less than 1.5 hrs), and I'd deliver here again, for sure!

Really bad customer service. Lowes and Home Depot have the same appliances in stock, will price match, and won't take 3 weeks to order. I've always preferred supporting local, but in this case, it's definitely not worth it.

We walked into C&C in Lake Charles, greeted by Sarah , she asked us a few questions on what kind of refrigerator we were looking for. She let us look then came back I showed her a few we were interested in , She said no delete that one , u don’t need that one or this let me show you , what I think ya’ll need, BInGO !!! Sarah was an absolute wonder! 🌟 My husband and I came into the shop due to being in need of a new Dish washer. My husband was dead set on finding one with one specific feature while I was wanting to shop around more before making a decision. Once I voiced some of my concerns with our other dishwasher, Sarah swooped in and - after asking a few questions - was able to consolidate everything both myself and my husband wanted in a dishwasher.
