Please offer Jeremy Hutto a raise. His service was efficient and our Dryer heating element required replacement under the Maytag warranty. He got the work done in minutes. We have been without a dryer for weeks and are very appreciative of his services. The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you. We purchased a freezer in September 2025 from C&C Appliances in Lake Charles and it stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Service person came out and said he would order part. Came two weeks later with the part and said it was fixed. It was not and I called to let them know that afternoon and they said give it overnight to cool. High temp alarm constantly went off and no cooling. Called C&C that day and was told they had to order another part. Here we are another 2 weeks later and nothing. According to whirlpool Friday 13, 2026 after 1 C&C repair would be here for my washer repair. Good thing I called c&c because they claimed to know nothing about it. I call whirlpool back and they find where C &C declined the repair. Would have been nice to have been notified. Or for C&C to be truthful when I called. Do not recommend doing business with these people. After declining twice! The woman told me second time they were not coming up here. They gonna call me this morning lol. This is no way to do business !

We bought all our appliances for our house remodel from this store. Wonderful people to work with. Delivery men were so helpful. We had an issue with a burner on our stove and Jeremy was prompt with fixing it. They are all friendly and have your good in mine. We will continue to buy from them.

We love C&C and have used them exclusively for 30 years. Sales team is amazing Jimmy is indescribable and their service team knocks it out of the park every time! Jeremy H recently worked on our refrigerator and we were amazed at his tenacity in diagnosing the problem then getting the right parts to correct the issues. He is a super hero! Thanks to Larry for maintaining the excellence we have come to rely on in our local appliance company!
