Had a fine line crack under my wipers all the way across my windshield. From my initial call it was excellent customer service. John came to my home and replaced the windshield and answered any questions I had. He did an excellent job.
I recently took my car to here for a thorough clean, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional and friendly. They greeted me warmly upon arrival and took the time to listen to my specific concerns about the interior and exterior of my vehicle. Big thanks to Todd and his team from Car Guard Detail & Auto Glass for an amazing job on my Kia Forte! I had lots of stains in my back seat from my 7 year old, now it looks brand new. Todd was super professional, friendly, and helpful with any and all questions, plus super appreciative of my business. If you're looking for a thorough detail I would highly recommend! Reasonable pricing as well.
My windshield had a chip just beneath my wiper blade that doubled in size in one week. I knew extreme cold temperatures were in the forecast and I had better get this fixed before it started to spiderweb across my windshield! The customer service was extraordinary! I do not live in Green Bay. Normally they are on route and do not do the repairs in the shop in the late afternoon, but in my case, he made sure I was taken care of! The person that scheduled my chip repair in me windshield was very nice and helpful. He also made time to get me in right away because he wanted to make sure the chip didn’t spread. Then when I got there both gentleman that worked on my vehicle were very nice and toke the time to explain what they were going to do what it would look like after to make sure I was going to be ok with it and then explained to me how to take care of if moving forward.
