My son saved up and bought a $170 pole this morning only to find that the drag didn’t work—he never fished with it. Brought it back this afternoon hoping to exchange. Cashier called the boss, and the boss wouldn’t allow us to exchange! Boss told cashier he wanted to look at it in the morning. If I was still fishing, this is a fisherman's supply place that's unreal. Fortunately, they also have live crickets which I'm using to feed some weather stressed purple martins and I've gotten a steady supply from them.
Every time we stop here on the way to go crabbing and fishing, they have everything we need. Friendly staff, and hot food in the early morning. HUGE selection of tackle and baits, both artificial and frozen. It's an excellent stop for last-minute needs, or that one thing you left in the garage.
Excellent fishing supplies. Frozen bait and large selection of fresh and saltwater tackle. Great sandwiches prepared every morning.Staff is very nice and always pleasant to deal with.
This little place was described to me as a Cajun outdoorsman's mini-Disney World. It didn't disappoint. We stopped here every morning on our way to the duck blind. I even bought a commemorative hat to remember this little gem of a place!
