We are a New York State Farm Meadery located in South Wales/Holland, NY. Our meads are handcrafted in small batches using 100% New York State honey. We take the delicacy of traditional mead making and added our own twist on the ancient beverage creating something unique to be enjoyed no matter your taste preference. We love experimenting with mead to produce our own unique flavors that you will not find anywhere else!

Excellent mead! This establishment has over a dozen meads to choose from! Plus, the burger straight off the grill was quite the compliment. Sorry, I couldn't wait to take a bite! Thank you to John, Julie, and Dave
Dave and Jen are great bartenders and the Mead offered here as well as the unique decor and atmosphere are very cool and and unlike anything around south wales, East aurora or holland. If you’re looking for a refreshing place to meet up with friends or go for after dinner drinks this place is a must stop!
Amazing service and phenomenal meads. Very diverse flavors and definitely has something for everyone. The owner was very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend taking the drive and checking this place out!
These meads are absolutely amazing!!! And also very affordable for a great place to grabs drinks after work. Cider, beers and a massive list (10 homemade) of mead!! The owners are also complete sweethearts too. Much love and we will absolutely be back to get some more delicious drinks.
I bought the 4 pack of The Kraken at a wine tasting event. I stored them at room temp and I came home to discover one blew up and the other 3 looked like they were about to blow up. I opened the rest in the sink and they completely blew up, made a mess, and the can cut my finger. It stained my carpet and my walls. Spent about $30 on these too.
