On a Sunday afternoon just as the colts game was ending we felt like it would be a good quiet time for dinner at Arni's: I am shocked that our experience tarnished the Arni's name. The food/presentation was definitely not up to the high quality standard as what we received in past. Maybe it was a new chef? My colleague and I were working nearby and we found Arni's for a late lunch. I've passed by before and found the restaurant to be very busy sometimes during peak lunch hours. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. The lunch menu was casual American and what we ordered was pretty good. We had a personal pizza and a Reuben sandwich. The pizza dough might be handmade? It was quite good and the Reuben and fried were also very good. Will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in Brownsburg.
Pizza was great, very, very good. Glad we picked this spot to get a good bite to eat after attending the eclipse event at the Indiana Speedway. Ordered online, pulled up to the side of the building, called them to let them know what spot we were in, and they brought it out when it was done, easy. 👍
Ordered the salmon salad. The salad was pretty big and so was the salmon portion I received. The salad was fresh and the roasted Brussels sprouts were truly a good addition. I personally didn’t care for the vinaigrette salad dressing it came with. The waitress was king enough to offer other options and I was able to choose and I went with parmesan peppercorn dressing instead. Our family was enjoying a pleasant meal on the patio with the walls open, basking in the mild, 70-degree weather for about 30 minutes when a new group arrived. Shortly after, without any consultation, the management decided to close the outdoor walls at the request of this new party. This abrupt change not only caused our baby to become distressed but also made them stop eating altogether. The manager made this decision without considering our situation or discussing it with us beforehand.
